Shepherd's silk is softly spun and we do not recommend plying it down. Use Sheep's Silk if you need a finer thread.
Cross-stitching: recommended for use on 7 count or Klostern fabric.

Needlepoint: Perfect for basketweave or tent stitches on 12 or 13 count canvas.
Wonderful for wool embroidery.
